We are an award-winning expert in mentoring and workforce prep programs for high school and college, trade school, or other post-secondary education students. Through our Workforce Prep Mentoring Program, we help Metro Detroit students pursue their dreams and build the skills they need to succeed in their careers, families, and communities. Students enter our program in 10th grade and continue through up to four years of college, trade school, or other training programs. Each student is paired with a volunteer career mentor from the business world who offers guidance, encouragement, and real-world insights. Through in-school and virtual sessions, students explore career paths, build life and job skills, participate in workshops, attend college and career tours, and create personalized academic and career plans. Since 1994 we have engaged more than 50,500 students and awarded more than $2.2 million in scholarships.
