Growth through partnerships The division has a history of collaborating with external partners (RRC Polytech on Culinary Connections; Unity Gala community engagement; food program partnerships) and recently ended a long-standing relationship with Schroeder Foundation. This indicates opportunities to present new, scalable nutrition and community engagement partnerships aligned with Universal Nutrition Program goals.

Nutrition program expansion With the successful launch of the Universal Nutrition Program in 2024 and ongoing partnerships to support student meals, there is a clear need for solutions that enhance meal delivery, tracking, and compliance, as well as potential sponsorship or grant management capabilities to sustain and grow these programs.

Equity and inclusion focus Recent initiatives such as the Unity Gala celebrating Black achievement and identity, plus a bilingual Filipino program, indicate a commitment to inclusive education. This opens opportunities for tools and services that support multilingual learning, inclusive curricula, student wellbeing, and community engagement platforms.

Technology modernization The tech stack shows reliance on core collaboration and data tools (OneDrive, Windows Server, Excel) with branding elements (Open Graph, Font Awesome). There is room to propose modernization of IT infrastructure, data analytics for student outcomes, and secure, scalable platforms to support remote or hybrid learning and administration.

Staff retention and engagement With a long service reception and emphasis on joy, love, and rigour as guiding values, there is potential for solutions that support staff development, recognition, scheduling, and performance analytics to boost retention and workplace morale across 1000+ employees.
