The firm is led by founder and design director Michael Winstanley AIA AICP, whose vision shapes every aspect of the practice. With a career spanning over four decades, Michael has established a nationally and internationally recognized portfolio rooted in interdisciplinary thinking, contextual sensitivity, and design excellence. He has led projects across a wide range of typologies and scales—from national memorials to urban waterfronts—and is widely respected for his ability to synthesize planning, architecture, and interiors into cohesive, high-performance environments.
