Small church, big need A small staff size (2-10 employees) suggests a limited internal IT and operations budget. This creates opportunities for affordable, simplified technology solutions, managed services, and scalable tools that minimize implementation complexity.

NGO/Church tech The current tech stack includes cloud-based services (AWS, Google Workspace) and web technologies, indicating openness to cloud solutions, collaboration tools, and content management enhancements that can improve member engagement and administrative efficiency.

Revenue constraints With annual revenue under $1M, campaigns and proposals should emphasize cost-effectiveness, pay-as-you-go models, and clear ROI to align with the church’s fundraising and budget cycles.

Community platform needs The organization’s online presence (website and open graph integration) points to opportunities in donor engagement platforms, event management, volunteer coordination, and multimedia content delivery tailored to congregations.

Competitive landscape Similar institutions range widely in size and funding. Position offerings as scalable solutions that can grow with the church, with references to successful deployments in comparable congregations to reduce perceived risk.
