Wockhardt Limited created its US subsidiary Wockhardt USA in early 2004 with a modest portfolio of three FDA–approved generic products. Since inception, Wockhardt’s business has increased in the US. Today, Wockhardt USA LLC is leading the way in developing the most complete, high-quality line of generic oral solids, liquids, topicals, and injectables available in the United States. Wockhardt USA now represents more than 20% of Wockhardt Ltd’s global business, providing more than 220 NDCs spanning more than 75 different product families. We have been producing and distributing quality products in the United States for more than 14 years and have received over 110 ANDA approvals to date. Chicago-based Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals was acquired by Wockhardt Limited in October 2007 in order to expand Wockhardt’s product line in the US. Since 1995, Morton Grove has been a leading manufacturer and marketer of oral liquid and topical pharmaceuticals. The company’s core products are manufactured in its 125,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility.
