The vision of the Women's Center & Shelter is to end domestic violence and create safe spaces for help, healing, and hope.

Women's Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh provides a 24-hour crisis hotline, temporary shelter, counseling and support groups, legal and medical advocacy, children's programs, and support services for  victims of intimate partner violence and their children. Our services are free and confidential.

We also provide school and community education and professional training on the scope and dynamics of domestic violence.
