The Women’s Foundation of Massachusetts (formerly the Women’s Foundation of Boston) economically empowers women and girls in Greater Boston and across the Commonwealth.

We do this by creating and funding high-impact leadership and economic programs in partnership with nonprofits that serve women and girls.
To date, we’ve committed more than $11.3 million in grants to 131 programs, reaching over 23,000 women and girls statewide.

Our work is grounded in a core belief: when women and girls succeed, communities thrive—and Massachusetts moves forward.
