Whether it is process development, lab services, manufactured pelletizing equipment for purchase or rental we have the ability to design a agglomeration solution to meet your needs. Our services allow organizations to process dust, fines or powders into a spherical pellet for either a new product or to repurpose the material. Recently we have began to do small scale toll processing in our facility. We currently have the capability to process approximately 10 tons of material. Material(s) are received in 2000 lb. supersacks, pelletized, dried, screen and loaded into supersacks. We are optimistic we can grow this service into larger volumes and different types of packaging.
