Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (WLEP) is a public-private partnership established to set local economic priorities and lead growth and job creation in Worcestershire. As a single-county LEP, it aligns with regional stakeholders and statutory bodies across the county to streamline decision making and coordination, enabling quicker responses to opportunities. It is based in Great Malvern, Worcestershire, England, and is led by private sector businesses in partnership with the public sector—the county council and six district authorities: Worcester City, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Malvern Hills, Wyre Forest and Wychavon. Its remit includes shaping the business environment, stimulating economic growth, boosting enterprise and attracting inward investment, while actively promoting Worcestershire as a place to live, work and prosper. In early 2026, it launched TechFest, a program featuring events and workshops scheduled from February 16 to February 26, 2026.
