Workbase Literacy Trust is an education administration organization based in New Zealand, focused on workforce literacy development and health literacy. After 25 years supporting NZ businesses and staff to work smarter and safer, the trust is closing down, and it directs stakeholders to alternative training providers for reading, writing, numeracy, and communication, while offering contact for health literacy inquiries. Its work sits at the intersection of education and workplace safety, serving employers and employees by helping them improve essential literacy and communication skills to operate effectively in the workplace. The organization operates in the education sector with a regional presence in New Zealand, and its end-of-service notice marks a transition for its client base and learners who previously engaged with its programs.
