About World Dance Fusion is a dance company located in the San Francisco Bay Area, performing over 30 varieties of cultural dances from around the world. Mission World Dance Fusion’s mission is to promote cultural awareness through dance. Description Cultural awareness through dance is the heart of World Dance Fusion’s mission. Since 2001, the company has featured talented dancers from the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, forming a truly diverse, inclusive community of performers. Artistic Director Katy Alaniz Rous’ extensive travels abroad and throughout the United States have given her a unique perspective on the diversity and connection of people across cultures.
