As a 501(c)3 nonprofit public benefit corporation, World Telehealth Initiative (WTI) provides sustainable medical expertise to the world's most vulnerable communities to build local capacity and deliver core health services. By leveraging telehealth technology, WTI's network of philanthropic healthcare professionals provides world-class expertise and medical training to its partner clinics and hospitals in underserved areas of the world. WTI collaborates with and holistically supports our host program site partners, addressing both the current need for medical/surgical intervention and increasing future capacity by working to strengthen the local healthcare delivery infrastructure. Our mission is to provide medical expertise to the world’s most vulnerable communities to build local capacity and deliver core health services, through a network of volunteer health care professionals supported with state-of-the-art telehealth technology.
