Worldwide Business Brokers advises business owners on the development and implementation of an exit strategy when the time comes to market and sell their business. We also advise individuals and companies seeking opportunities to buy a business or make a strategic acquisition.

Our team advises on the purchase and sale of businesses with valuations ranging from US$150,000 to US$20 million in all industries and around the world. Our clients include independent businesses and divisions of businesses as well as new and existing franchise businesses. In addition, we provide business appraisal and consulting services, start-up advice, franchise development, branding and a host of other business development services.

In 2016, we launched a training and coaching service aimed at individuals that want to become business brokers and consultants. One-on-one and group coaching is available and directed by our founder, Joseph Caffrey. 

In 2017, we launched WorldwideBusinessBlog.com and WorldwideBusinessPodcast.com with regular postings, and discussions about business brokerage, business development and interviews with prominent and important players in the financial, legal, accounting and other related professions on the many topics and issues related to selling businesses.
