Worthington Pools operates as a community-based nonprofit organization that runs the Worthington Pools and adjacent aquatics programs within a shared community resource. Established as Swiminc, Inc. in 1953, the entity has managed the pools under a long-term lease with the Worthington School District and is guided by a volunteer board of community members. Located in Worthington, Ohio, the complex sits on a substantial parcel of land that also hosts a high school and athletic facilities, and it connects to regional amenities such as the Olentangy bikeway. The facility comprises an indoor natatorium with a 25-yard, six-lane pool, a child splash pad, and several outdoor pools, collectively supporting a range of aquatic activities for local residents. As an organization, it emphasizes stewardship of a long-standing community tradition, supported by a professional team that operates daily operations and programs for this regional recreation resource.
