Wow Bao is a mid-sized food and beverage manufacturer based in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in frozen Asian street foods such as bao, dumplings, and potstickers. The company aims to provide restaurant-quality flavors through convenient, ready-to-heat products and operates across an omnichannel footprint that includes retail, restaurants, airports, stadiums, virtual kitchens, amusement parks, and vending machines. Its products are available in more than 15,000 grocery stores nationwide, reflecting an evolution from a single Chicago restaurant opened in 2003 into a broader multi-channel brand.

Wow Bao has shown rapid growth in the consumer channel; retail sales surged over 370% in 2024. In 2025 the company announced plans to expand its manufacturing footprint with a new street food facility in North Carolina to increase capacity and extend its national reach. The company has engaged in partnerships to widen distribution and consumer engagement, including a collaboration with Roblox in 2024 to integrate its rewards program into the platform.
