Wray State Bank and it's branches, Windsor State Bank and Brush State Bank are local community banks located in Wray, Windsor, and Brush, Colorado. 

Wray State Bank is nestled in the bluffs of Northeastern Colorado just 15 miles west of the Kansas/Nebraska border is the small town of Wray, Colorado. It is here that Wray State Bank was established in 1977. The vision of Wray State Bank’s founders was to serve the local community and it remains that today.

The bank’s primary customers are farmers, ranchers, individuals and business people in Wray and the surrounding communities including those in Dundy County, Nebraska and Cheyenne County, Kansas.

Over the years, Wray State Bank saw significant growth and in May 2006, the bank moved from its original location in the shopping center to its new location on the corner of Clay Street and Highway 34.

HOTC Investment Co which stands for Heart of the Community was formed in 2008 and became the bank’s holding company. HOTC and its subsidiaries strive to deliver products and services in a highly professional, friendly and honest manner and are committed to safe and sound banking practices. HOTC’s vision of giving back to the communities it serves fits perfectly with Wray State Bank’s history of loaning money within the community to keep the local economy thriving.

In 2011, the town of Windsor, Colorado became the home of Wray State Bank’s first branch known as Windsor State Bank. Windsor’s small town feel made it an ideal location to carry out HOTC’s philosophy.

Serving the surrounding communities in Northeastern Colorado led to the opportunity to open a second branch known as Brush State Bank in February 2015.  The Brush location is conveniently located in the Livestock Exchange Building on Highway 34.  Continuing the bank's tradition of serving farmers, ranchers, and businesses allows HOTC's vision to provide additional services to those located in the marketplace.
