Wright Coating Technologies, located in Michigan is an applicator of specialty coatings and value-added services for metal formers and end use customers primarily in auto/transportation, office furniture, and medical equipment industries.  We have been serving our customers for over 26 years.  Our quality system is ISO 9001:2000 registered.

Wright Coating Technologies began as a small job shop, dip-coating parts with vinyl plastisol coatings.  Due to our success in precision application of coatings for large volume manufacturers we quickly outgrew our facilities and moved to our present location.  Since then Wright Coating Technologies has expanded to a 100,000 sq ft manufacturing facility employing almost 100 people. 

Wright Coating Technologies operates seven coating lines, including computer-controlled plastisol dipping, fluidized bed, three electrostatic spray lines for proper scaling to each powder coating job, and two additional spray lines for specialized coating work. 

Our core strengths include our ability to precisely apply nylon-based coating* formulations and vinyl plastisols and traditional powder coatings, as well as our ability to assist our customers in solving their problems through the knowledge and insight we have accumulated over many years of coating experience.  Wright Coating Technologies is most effective in situations when:  

A. The customer depends on the coating we apply to enhance performance of their coated part 

B. The part is difficult to coat due to its complexity 

C. The customer wishes to outsource supply chain activities such as inventory management and control, and assembly. 

Wright Coating Technologies is one of a select group approved by Arkema Chemical to apply their Rilsan®, Nylon 11 fine powders.
