WWF-Canada is a non-profit conservation organization, and the country’s largest international conservation organization, supported by hundreds of thousands of Canadians. Founded in 1967, it operates within the World Wildlife Fund global network, with a presence in 100 countries. Its head office is in Toronto, and conservation staff are based across the country from Nanaimo to Iqaluit to St. John's. WWF-Canada works with foundations, governments, businesses, communities, and individual supporters to conserve species at risk, protect habitats, and address climate change. The organization emphasizes Indigenous knowledge and nature-based solutions to drive change from local to global levels, aiming for a world in which people and nature thrive. In April 2026, Aviso Wealth Inc renewed its partnership with WWF-Canada as the national sponsor of the WWF Climb for Nature.
