The company emphasizes its patented technology as a versatile tool for multiple sectors and highlights its adoption across animal care, correctional facilities, municipal and residential pools, post-harvest agriculture, and consumer food service. Wysiwash notes a history of building on the work of Dr. Brent Hoadley to develop its sanitization approach and has positioned its offerings as practical solutions for those regularly handling sanitation needs. In April 2019, the company launched Sanitizer Pro, a system geared toward professional users, marking a notable recent product development. The organization operates with a small team and conducts business from its Florida location.
