Our purpose is to provide good quality homes and services to our residents and customers, and to play a leading role in creating safer, healthier communities. We manage almost 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in Wythenshawe, making us the largest housing association in Manchester. Through our More Homes programme we aim to deliver more than 1000 new homes over the next five years with an estimated £195m investment.
