WHO WE ARE Xceldyne, LLC is a team of highly motivated and skilled individuals who specialize in manufacturing world-class performance racing engine components. FOUNDATION The founding partners were highly passionate, motorsports-centric individuals who competed at multiple levels of racing. EVOLUTION We evolved from a motorsports distribution business, CV Products, founded in 1988, that added motorsports components manufacturing, Motorsports Machining Technology, founded in 2000. We then acquired a motorsports valvetrain business, Xceldyne Engineering, which was founded in 1999 and acquired in 2003. A decision was made in 2017 to exit the distribution business and focus our manufacturing capabilities solely on motorsports valvetrain components. We are deeply rooted in the history of motorsports and its success. The heritage of Xceldyne lies in its commitment to providing superior reliability and performance through the finest Research and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Customer Service available to its partners. The name Xceldyne comes from a portmanteau* of Accelerated and Dynamics. *A word made by blending at least two words. The new word combines both the sounds and meanings of the originals. By trading engine components in 2004, we obtained an anodizing line formerly owned by an iconic NASCAR engine builder. The original business was named Advanced Motorsports Coatings. The name was later changed to Advanced Material Coatings and expanded its anodizing capabilities into other markets.
