XTERRA WETSUITS designs and sells triathlon wetsuits ranging from entry-level to high-end, balancing performance with comfort for both elite competitors and amateur athletes. Because it sells exclusively online without third-party distributors, the company can focus resources on research, design, and manufacturing. All wetsuits undergo extensive testing in training and race settings before they are offered for sale, with materials selected to enhance buoyancy, flexibility, and speed.

Based in San Diego, California, and founded in 2001, XTERRA WETSUITS is described as the top-selling triathlon wetsuit in North America. Its direct-to-consumer model includes a 30-day no-risk testing period, during which customers can return, exchange, or otherwise adjust their purchase. In 2021, the company announced a partnership with Sole Swim Solutions to expand collaboration in the swim segment.
