For more than 30 years, Yampa Valley Community Foundation has been connecting people who care with causes that matter. We are experts on local philanthropy and we partner with individuals, organizations and businesses to promote thoughtful, specialized charitable giving.

We help establish charitable funds of various types and provide grants to the organizations that fund holders wish to support. YVCF has worked with thousands of donors to facilitate over $10,000,000 of charitable giving for community initiatives and local nonprofits. 

We also serve the nonprofit community in both Routt and Moffat Counties though Community Foundation granting funds, education and endowments.

Today, the Community Foundation houses over 130 funds.  The Board of Trustees and staff of the Community Foundation continually form partnerships, advocate solutions and allocate resources to set the stage for a better tomorrow for all the citizens of the Yampa Valley.
