Yellow Co. was founded in 2014 after the founder, Joanna Waterfall experienced a gap in creative, entrepreneurial communities for women that were inclusive and holistic, focusing on building more than a career, but a life filled with purpose and passion. She felt a need to host a space where women could have role models and experience what it looked like to be a woman making waves of good in the world through their businesses, art and lives.

Together with a talented team, The Yellow Co. has now hosted 7 annual conferences in LA and NY with over 2500 women in attendance, has an interactive membership platform where we offer holistic events, business and life tools and resources, and hosts bi-weekly small mastermind-like groups called Guidance Groups. 

We partner with brands to create interactive, experiences for our audience to authentically engage with brands we love and believe in.

The Yellow Conference has been named among the top conferences for creatives to attend by Forbes Magazine, Brit + Co, Bizzabo, The Business Collective and more.
