After building one of the most successful plastic surgery practices in the nation, Jon Hoffenberg – a graduate of The Wharton School of Business – along with his executive team, realized that while much of what they did was counter-intuitive, it was replicable if taught by true experts. They also realized that growth was sustainable within medical practices if long-term oversight was provided to ensure that habits were formed, and ultimately, proper practice culture grew from those habits.
 
In 2008, Jon and his team set out to replicate the results they achieved in their original Miami and New York City offices, and YellowTelescope (YT) was born. Within the first two years, the YT proprietary system was proven successful as practices around the country achieved substantial growth despite the worst economic recession since the Great Depression. YT clients navigated the COVID-19 pandemic with the majority maintaining 70%-90% same-day closing ratios and achieving the highest sales months of all time upon re-opening.
