YMCA Buffalo Niagara is a nonprofit organization that serves the Western New York community. Established in 1852 and based in Buffalo, New York, it is the country’s second-oldest YMCA and among the region’s most enduring institutions. The Y operates six wellness centers, two overnight camps, and more than forty child care locations to deliver programs across youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

As part of its ongoing activities, the organization has expanded youth-focused programs, such as the 2023-2024 YMCA Teen Leaders program in Buffalo. In 2024, it launched a back-to-school drive in partnership with The Teacher's Desk to support students.
