Our nonprofit center has been sharing the amazing benefits of Yoga in Daily Life with the Buford and surrounding communities for more than 16 years. Our studio is located on Hamilton Mill Rd near the intersection of Hamilton Mill Rd and South Bogan Rd in Buford, Georgia. Here you'll find an alternative to the busy world outside and a chance to retreat to your inner self and practice the time-honored techniques of genuine yoga! Our studio offers a variety of yoga classes and courses, including workshops, meditation, satsangs, as well as tailored programs for corporate and community groups.
