The mission of the Yorkville Youth Athletic Association is to provide high-quality recreational activities that foster life-lessons which will empower young people to succeed beyond sports. 

The goal is simply to have a fun place for children to learn the game from their parents. The program has grown from 200 players to our current 6,000 athletes who enjoy recreation, instructional, after school and travel programs.   The goals are the same, to have fun playing sports. Our programs operate 7 days a week, for boys and girls in grades Pre-K through 12. Our children participate in sports, performing arts, and after school programs throughout the city. We exist to serve the children and families of New York City through quality programs that promote community and friendship.

 Our motto is Competition, Camaraderie, and Community.
