Yoshida Foods International is a food and beverage manufacturer and contract manufacturer in Portland, Oregon. We have been crafting high quality cooking sauces since Junki Yoshida began the business in 1982 with his family recipe, which became the hugely successful "Gourmet Sauce" found in Costco Warehouses across the world. We have been making and bottling carbonated beverages in glass on our separate glass production line since 2011, producing for nationally recognized brands, as well as our regional brand, Crater Lake Soda. Our diverse team is lead by supervisors who speak English, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Chuukese.
