YWA seeks to build a community that supports, empowers, and connects women through personal and professional educational programs and events. YWA designs programming for its 500+ members aligned to our four pillars: Lead, Educate, Network & Serve.

LEAD
YWA equips its members with leadership skills to build the next generation of Austin women leaders. In addition to leadership workshops, our members can lead our organization by serving on the Board of Directors and on our 10 committees. We have 17 Board of Director members, 65+ committee chair positions and countless committee members actively engaged in leadership roles.

EDUCATE
