Our business IS the smaller customer. We are not looking for the larger corporations nor will we ever be looking into supporting the larger corporations. When you work with us, you have your own technology support staff at your fingertips! We have taken all our experience and built a company that genuinely wants to help you. We want you to be satisfied! We have one rule: If we can't fix it, or come up with a solution, you're not paying. In addition, we have a few other things we offer that allow us to stand apart: - We thrive on simplicity. Our specialty is taking complex and confusing technology jargon and translating it into easily understood language. - We offer monthly support options for you, your family, and your business as low as $50 a month. - All of our Tech's have college degrees and have at least one year field experience. - No tiered support. You get the best tech all the time. There is no level one, level two, level three, etc. - We have a referral bonus program: $25 credit for each referral - Same day appointments. - No appointment windows such as 12-3pm. Your time is valuable. You have a set appointment time and if we are running late you will receive a call to let you know. - Trustworthy, Reliable, and Strict Privacy Protection!
