Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is a mid-sized non-profit based in Boston, founded in 1968, that provides year-round outdoor programs and leadership development for youth. The organization aims to inspire local young people by offering outdoor experiences that build confidence and prepare them to meet life’s challenges. YES primarily serves low- and moderate-income youth from the Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, and Jamaica Plain neighborhoods, but it welcomes all Boston residents regardless of race, ethnicity, or economic status.
