Global One is a chapter of YPO, but more than just another local chapter, it is unique. While most YPO chapters draw their members from their local community, we draw our members from around the world, which helps our members establish close connections throughout a wider network. A Global Awareness. With our global orientation, many of us travel extensively and have heavy family and business obligations. We address this issue by utilizing the web extensively to connect and educate our members offering a Virtual Learning Program featuring a wide variety of topics presented by leading experts. Additionally, instead of mandatory monthly meetings, we gather for quarterly Regional Dinners. We offer our members exclusive experiential trips to such places as the Amazon Rainforest in Ecuador, Bhutan, Haiti and most recently India! Global Connections. The Global One chapter is a part of the Pacific Region which has 50 chapters in nine US states. The Pacific Region fits the Global One chapter with its goals for innovation and value. It is the leader in events such as the Pacific EDGE which is held every two years. A Global Forum Experience. We provide the most flexible Forum experience in all of YPO. We offer traditional in-person monthly Forums, quarterly in-person regional Forums, a hybrid of in-person/virtual Forums and purely Virtual Forums. This allows your Forum experience to be as diverse in terms of business and geography as your Chapter.
