Yulista Management Services, Inc. (Yulista) offers a wide range of professional and technical services to government agencies, communities and businesses throughout the United States.
A subsidiary of Alaska's second largest Native Corporation, Yulista was founded in 1982 as Calista Professional Services, taking its present name just before receiving 8(a) certification in 1996. In December 2005 Yulista successfully completed its participation in the 8(a) Program.

During the 1980s and 1990s, government and commercial organizations contracted with Calista Professional Services to provide a variety of services: municipal planning, economic and natural resource studies, natural gas well operations, and remote site logistics and transportation. Yulista thus brings to its clients a veteran organization with an established record of successful contract performance.
