What makes the place you live someplace you want to live? What is it about that one resort that your family keeps going back to year after year? For over thirty years, we’ve been trying to work out all the details that make special places special. That’s a long time to be doing this stuff, but we’ve been having an awful lot of fun doing it. We started out in Wichita, Kansas in 1975, with the goal of providing our clients solutions to land development problems they wouldn’t find elsewhere or hadn’t heard before. Fast forward three decades, and we find ourselves with a corporate headquarters in Branson, Missouri, a highly experienced and efficient staff, and a map full of pushpins representing projects stretching from mainland China to the mountains of Massachusetts. After all these years, over 130,000 acres of land planning projects have our stamp on them, but that isn’t to say all things have remained the same. That quality a place has that makes you want to be there is hard to distill down to a label or list of items to include.
