The Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) is a government institution focused on enhancing trade, investment, and enterprise development across Zambia. Operating under the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry, it aims to strengthen the country’s investment climate to attract capital, support job creation, and advance the growth of the MSME sector. ZDA was established by the ZDA Act No. 11 of 2006 and began operations in 2007 after merging five statutory bodies with the goal of fostering synergies and improving service delivery.
