Recent strategic partnerships Recent collaborations with Marquee Brands and Foxwoods indicate readiness to collaborate on large-scale, brand-driven projects, suggesting target outreach to other lifestyle brands and resort/casino properties seeking cohesive brand experiences.

Mid-size growth With 51-200 employees and revenue in the 10–25 million range, ZDS is positioned for mid-market growth; outreach can emphasize scalable design solutions, fast-turnaround interiors, and project management capabilities for expanding portfolios.

Tech-enabled delivery Utilizes a mix of modern web and analytics tools (WP Rocket, Google Search Console, Open Graph, etc.), which can be leveraged to showcase digital-first design processes, BIM-adjacent workflows, and online portfolio visibility to clients.
