Founded by Olympic and NCAA athletes, ZGiRLS equips middle school girls with the confidence, self-worth, and mental resilience to thrive—on and off the field. Our vision is bold: a world where girls grow up with ZERO self-limitations. By age 14, girls’ confidence drops 30% compared to boys. The gap continues to widen into adulthood, fueled by social pressures, impossible standards, and systemic inequality. We exist to close that gap. Our programs are led by Olympic and professional female athletes—real-life role models who’ve faced challenges, pushed through self-doubt, and achieved big dreams. Through our ZGiRLS Curriculum™, we give girls practical mental skills in areas like positive self-talk, body image, goal setting, stress management, and leadership. But we don’t stop there. We also provide resources for parents, so the confidence-building continues long after the program ends. ZGiRLS welcomes girls (transgender and cisgender) and non-binary youth who identify with the girls’ community, ages 11–14, from every background. Our programs are designed to be inclusive, uplifting, and transformative—meeting girls right where they are and helping them see what’s possible.
