The Zimmer Foundation for China is a United States-based non-profit organization headquartered in Belchertown, Massachusetts. It focuses on implementing holistic programs intended to improve both economic and spiritual conditions in rural Guizhou. The foundation relies on a broad network of volunteers across many cities and states to support fundraising, administration, and coordination of its projects.

It was established as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity in memory of Rev. and Mrs. Gerald R. Zimmer, who served in China between 1936 and 1948. The Zimmer couple were educators who lived in Tongren and contributed to the development of local education, helping to found Tongren Teachers College, an institution that later grew into Tongren University. In 2004, the foundation started a scholarship program that covers the major costs of education for Tongren University students in the second, third, and final years, with a target of at least twenty recipients and plans for gradual expansion over a ten-year period; selections are based on academic achievement and family income at or below the poverty level as defined by local officials.
