Zimmerman Building Company is a third-generation construction company rooted in Northwest Ohio. Our story began decades ago with a commitment to quality and community—and since 2017, under third-generation leadership, we've stepped boldly into a new chapter.

Over the last several years, we’ve clarified not just what we build, but why we build it. We’ve evolved from a traditional construction model into a modern, values-driven company with streamlined systems, deep collaboration, and a clear customer promise.

We’ve implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), developed a team aligned with our core values, and brought in strategic roles so our founder could shift from “doing it all” to leading the vision forward. That means clearer timelines, better communication, and more thoughtful outcomes—for both our team and our clients.
