The Zone V is an  executive summary-style report noting current zoning, right to rebuild provision, conforming status, zoning or building code violations, survey comparison and notice of nonconformities relating to height, setback, lot area, lot width, floor area ratio and parking.  You get nearly all of the information provided in the Zone IV standard zoning report, but without municipality documents and their associated fees; this report can usually be completed in a week or less at a cost of around $300.
