Zoodfood operates Snappfood, a leading online platform for ordering food in Iran. The service lets users browse menus, place orders, and have meals delivered from more than 1,300 restaurants across the country via a website and mobile app. Established in 2009, Snappfood has sought to transform how people order food, with a focus on delivering consistent service quality and pursuing innovative solutions.

The service targets consumers seeking convenient access to a broad restaurant network and reliable delivery. It sits within Iran's technology, information and internet sector and is positioned as a notable player in the online food-delivery landscape, operated by a relatively small to mid-sized team. In January 2024, reports described a major cybersecurity incident affecting Snappfood, including a data breach in which personal information of millions of customers was reportedly exposed.
