There is no exact translation for the word Zouk but in English, it can be loosely transcribed as 'The best of style and the best of taste'. This is what we aim to offer our guests every time they dine at Zouk, order food from the restaurant, book a cooking class experience or use our catering services. Sharing great food is one of the best ways to spend time with family, friends, neighbours, colleagues and even new acquaintances. All our cuisine is made with that special Zouk blend of authenticity, passion and love. We start with the origins of a dish that excites us and then put a little Zouk twist on it to make it outstanding. Inspired by their father and frustrated by their corporate careers, brothers Mudassar and Tayub Amjad joined together with the vision to create Zouk to share their love of authentic recipes with a modern twist.
