Zumbro Valley Health Center is a private non-profit organization that provides mental health, substance use disorder, primary care, and community-based services to twelve counties throughout southeastern Minnesota. Each health care team includes a diverse group of members such as physicians, nurses, psychologists, therapists and other health professionals – all focused on the needs of the client.
