The Agricultural Development Fund is a financial services organization based in Saudi Arabia that concentrates on advancing agricultural development programs. It collaborates with a network of government agencies connected to the sector to help implement policies and achieve program objectives. ADF’s core funding instrument consists of medium- and long-term soft loans aimed at supporting industrial development within agriculture. Beyond financing, the fund provides professional advisory services—technical, administrative, financial, and marketing—to borrower projects to help them overcome obstacles. 

Its customers include agricultural producers and related projects seeking growth and improved market access within the Kingdom. In 2021, the fund launched the Contract Farming Finance Product to enhance the marketing of farm-produced commodities by facilitating transactions with distributors, mediators, retailers, or other farms.
