There are a lot of snacks disguised as healthy. However, dig a little deeper; most nutrition labels tell a different story with too much sugar and questionable ingredients.  

We’re often asked, “How did you come up with 2Betties?” Well, the short answer is that we were on-the-go consumers of healthy snacks, just like you. Or so we thought. When we took a closer look at the nutrition label, we realized the snacks we consumed weren’t healthy. In addition to ingredients we couldn’t pronounce, so many of those “health bars” were loaded with sugar.

Fed up and frustrated, we decided to take matters into our own hands. Literally, using nutrient-dense ingredients and a touch of maple syrup and honey, we were convinced that we could make a truly nutritious AND delicious snack with far less sugar than most other snacks on the market.

After months of trial and error, working with a local chef and a professor of food science, something amazing came out of the oven: A tray of wholesome, healthy mini-donut-shaped snacks — free of gluten, dairy, grains, soy, peanuts, and refined sugars.

2Betties is more than a better-for-you snack option. Founded by a Mother and Daughter duo on a mission to make the change they wanted to see in the snack food industry. Our delicious baked snacks, called Rounds, are the basis of a community of like-minded people who understand the importance of a happy, healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.
