3 Options Realty has opportunities for exceptional agents who have the experience and flexibility to work in sales, rentals and property management. A real estate license is required for this work.  The agent will work independently to prospect for buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants, to perform residential sales, leasing, and property management.  Must be a self-starter.  The agent will build and follow a business plan.  The agent compliments his/her lead generation program by management of an assigned portfolio of rental properties.  Compensation is 100% commission based.

We are especially interested in agents who live in Smyrna, Marietta, College Park, Douglasville, Powder Springs, or Dacula.
