3Girls Theatre Company (3GT) is a San Francisco-based performing arts organization dedicated to developing, promoting, and presenting new plays written by women playwrights. Founded in 2011 to address cultural bias favoring men's voices on stage, 3GT is described as one of the few U.S. organizations that exclusively supports women playwrights.
