FEES:

401k, 403b, 457 Plans: (Quarterly Minimum Fee is approximately $625/Quarter).

Setup Fees:
$500 + $5/Participant Setup

Annual Fees:
RecordKeeping Annual:   25BPS with $2500  Annual Minimum for Plans with Assets under $10-Million.
RecordKeeping Per Participant Annual:   $20 Per Participant Annual

Charles Schwab Custody & Trading Annual:  Based on Custodian Fees (ranges from 4bps to 10bps based on Assets and ETF Trading Fees) with an Annual Base of $500.

Distribution Fees:   $100 Per Distribution paid by the Participant
Loan Setup Fees:   $100 Per Loan paid by the Participant
Loan Annual  RecordKeeping: $50 Per Loan paid by the Participant

TPA Fees Annual: Based on your Local TPA

Any/All available Fund Credits (12b1, Sub-TA, SSF) credited back to Plan to offset and reduce Plan Expenses.
