The 4C Coalition is a community-based mentoring program with over a decade of experience recruiting and training mentors, connecting them with youth at risk, and supporting the youth/mentor relationship to increase its power and duration. 

Mentoring is a powerful, innovative, and cost-effective force for positive change in communities that are touched by poverty, crime, violence, and broken families—not only helping youth stay in school, stay off drugs, and look to the future, but helping their families and communities learn effective strategies for supporting them in leading more fulfilling and positive lives.
